Thai visas we handle
From a quick visit to a decade of residency, choose your path.
Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)
The 5-year visa for remote workers & soft-power stays
The DTV is Thailand’s first visa built for digital nomads and long-stay enthusiasts. It is valid for five years, allows multiple entries and up to 180 days per stay (extendable once by another 180 days).
Retirement Visa (Non-O / O-A)
Settle into Thailand from age 50
For applicants aged 50 and over, the retirement visa grants a one-year stay that renews annually. It is the established route for British and Chinese retirees who want a permanent base in Thailand.
Long-Term Resident Visa (LTR)
10-year residency for high earners & investors
The LTR is a premium 10-year visa with fast-track services, tax benefits and a digital work permit. It suits wealthy individuals, pensioners, investors and high-earning remote professionals.
Education Visa (Non-ED)
Stay long-term while you study
The ED visa lets you live in Thailand while studying, Thai language, a university degree, Muay Thai or other accredited programmes. A popular, flexible route for younger applicants.
Business Visa & Work Permit (Non-B)
Work, invest or run a company in Thailand
The Non-B visa, paired with a work permit, lets you be employed by or operate a Thai company. We handle the full visa-plus-work-permit package and the company side where needed.
Tourist Visa & METV
Longer, flexible visits before you commit
British and Chinese nationals now get 30 days visa-free (cut from 60 in 2026), but the 6-month Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa (METV) is ideal if you want to come and go while you decide on a long-stay route.
Answer seven questions and find out
A free, one-minute triage that weighs your income, your timeline and whether you need Thai work rights — then tells you what you would have to prove. No sign-up, no email.
Built for the way you move to Thailand
Whether you are coming from London or Shanghai, we speak your language and know your paperwork.
For British nationals
Beyond the new 30-day visa exemption lies the real opportunity: the 5-year DTV, retirement, and the 10-year LTR. We handle UK-side bank statements, embassy requirements and Thai immigration in one stream.
为中国公民 / For Chinese nationals
Visa-free entry is only the start. We help with long-stay routes, DTV, education, business, retirement and the 3M THB property pathway, with full service and documents in 中文.

How we earn your trust

Fixed fees, agreed in writing
One clear service fee, confirmed in writing before any work begins. Government and embassy fees are itemised and passed on at cost, never marked up.
One specialist, in your language
A single advisor handles your case end to end, in English, 中文 or Thai, so nothing gets lost in handovers or translation.
Always on the current rules
Thai visa rules change often. We track every update, embassy requirements, financial thresholds, new routes, and publish what we learn, so your application reflects the rules as they are today.
