These are our fixed service fees. Government and embassy fees are charged at cost and shown separately on your proposal, so the figure you see is the figure you plan around.
Two ways to work with us
Most people do not need a full-service case. If your situation is straightforward and you are willing to do the filing yourself, the self-serve pack gives you the same assessment and the same document strategy for a fraction of the fee.

If we say you qualify and the visa is refused, you get our fee back
We turn away cases we do not believe in, which is why we can stand behind the ones we take. On any full-service case, if we assess you as qualified, file the application, and it is refused on a ground we assessed, we refund our service fee in full.

Government and embassy fees are set by the authorities and are not ours to refund. The guarantee does not cover refusals caused by information that was inaccurate or not disclosed to us, an undisclosed overstay, blacklisting or criminal record, a decision to file against our written advice, changes in Thai law after filing, or self-serve packs. Full terms are set out in your written proposal before you commit.

Indicative starting fees. Final quotes depend on your nationality, documents and chosen route, and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. We do not offer a self-serve pack for the business and LTR routes: both involve a third party (a Thai company, or the BOI) and cannot responsibly be handled from a checklist.
Pricing questions
Are government fees included?
No, official embassy and immigration fees are passed on at cost and itemised separately, so you can see exactly where every baht goes.
When do I pay?
A deposit secures your case and document preparation; the balance is due before filing. Everything is agreed in writing first.
What if my visa is refused?
On a full-service case where we assessed you as qualified, we refund our service fee in full. We only proceed when we are confident you qualify, so this is rare by design rather than by luck.
Can I start self-serve and upgrade later?
Yes. If you buy a self-serve pack and then decide you want us to run the case, the pack fee comes off the full-service fee. You do not pay twice for the same assessment.
