From the founder Why I started Gateway Siam
I'm Thai, and I've spent years building and running businesses here, which means I've dealt with Thai paperwork, banks and government offices from the inside.
Foreigners who want to live in Thailand keep hitting the same wall: the rules are confusing, they change constantly, and many agents keep their pricing, and their reasoning, deliberately vague. For something as important as your right to live here, that never sat right with me.
Gateway Siam is my answer. We work in your language, quote a fixed fee in writing before we start, and give you an honest assessment of what you actually qualify for, even when that means telling you a cheaper route suits you better, or that you don't qualify yet.
That is the whole idea: a local team you can trust to be straight with you.
