Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)
The 5-year visa for remote workers & soft-power stays
The DTV is Thailand’s first visa built for digital nomads and long-stay enthusiasts. It is valid for five years, allows multiple entries and up to 180 days per stay (extendable once by another 180 days).
Retirement Visa (Non-O / O-A)
Settle into Thailand from age 50
For applicants aged 50 and over, the retirement visa grants a one-year stay that renews annually. It is the established route for British and Chinese retirees who want a permanent base in Thailand.
Long-Term Resident Visa (LTR)
10-year residency for high earners & investors
The LTR is a premium 10-year visa with fast-track services, tax benefits and a digital work permit. It suits wealthy individuals, pensioners, investors and high-earning remote professionals.
Education Visa (Non-ED)
Stay long-term while you study
The ED visa lets you live in Thailand while studying, Thai language, a university degree, Muay Thai or other accredited programmes. A popular, flexible route for younger applicants.
Business Visa & Work Permit (Non-B)
Work, invest or run a company in Thailand
The Non-B visa, paired with a work permit, lets you be employed by or operate a Thai company. We handle the full visa-plus-work-permit package and the company side where needed.
Tourist Visa & METV
Longer, flexible visits before you commit
British and Chinese nationals now get 30 days visa-free (cut from 60 in 2026), but the 6-month Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa (METV) is ideal if you want to come and go while you decide on a long-stay route.
